Mira Varathan is a senior innovation, product and category growth leader with 25 years of experience across home improvements, construction, chemicals, building products, sustainable solutions, electrical, hardware, automotive, and consumer sectors. She has held senior roles with leading global and Australian brands, where she delivered new product development, innovation, category transformation, commercial strategy and market growth across complex, performance-driven environments.

As an Agile/Scrum practitioner, Mira brings structured innovation, disciplined execution, and cross-functional leadership to every project. Her work spans concept development, category creation, commercialisation and go-to-market acceleration that helps organisations turn ideas into real commercial outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Marketing (with distinction) from RMIT University, and specialises in:
